The Practice has a ZERO tolerance policy regarding violent or abusive behaviour of patients towards any doctor, nurse or member of staff. If any patient is found to be violent or abusive they will receive a maximum of two written warnings, before being asked to register elsewhere. The practice reserves the right to remove patients if required.
